| Testing
We determine baseline power output and heart rate at lactate threshold and VO2max. For those athletes who are on an all inclusive plan they will be tested several more times throughout the year to measure the effects of training. For those training with power, we will determine functional threshold power, (FTP). This is the athletes one hour maximum power and will be used to determine training zones. Annual Training Plan After interviewing the athlete to determine goals and objectives, we develop an annual training plan for the next season. Weekly Training Plans Each week your coach will develop a training plan for the following week based on your annual training plan.
